Custom Wheel Build Policy

At Kovachi Wheels, we try to help the customer choose the correct product for their usage and application. If we feel the product selection is incorrect or may be dangerous to the customer, then we reserve the right to refuse an order. We would strive to help the customer make a better selection.

Shipping

In-stock products (excluding custom wheels) will ship within 3 business days. Custom wheels and rebuilds will ship within 15 business days of order. If there is any problems with the order such product availability, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Sales tax is only added to orders shipped within Georgia. Orders shipped to Georgia addresses are charged the appropriate sales tax, between 6% and 7%, for the county to which they are shipped. This is calculated based on your ship-to zip code.

Payment Information

Customers may pay online using Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. Phone orders may use all major credit cards including Discover. Online orders will be ONLY be shipped to the billing address of the credit card and the authorized cardholder only. Phone orders can be shipped to an alternate address.

We do not accept C.O.D. as payment.

Customers using NBL bucks and/or ABA Saver Stamps must place orders over the phone.

Returns

On any items you are not satisfied with, please email us at or call 770-499-8686 to let us know your problem. If it is a return or alteration of the product, we will discuss this in detail and figure out a solution. If a refund is in order, it must be performed within 15 days of receipt of the product. Product must be in new condition and receive return authorization to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for any return shipment fees.

Product Availability

In some cases, Kovachi Wheels orders the product at the time the order is placed. This insures that you receive the most up to date product. All products are subject to availability and prior sale.

Orders Changes & Cancelations

Please inform us as soon as possible if you have any changes to your order before it is shipped. If the order is a custom wheel build and specialty parts have been ordered there may be a restocking fee for changes depending on products. Order cancelations must take place prior to shipment and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Backorders

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable, these items will not ship or be charged to your account. If you would like to backorder the product please contact us by phone at 770-499-8686. If you would like to backorder the product, no additional shipping charges will be applied.
